Arugula Salad with Cheese Sandwich for Lunch!
Daily Tidbit:  Arugula: a food that improves libido? I'll let the article at Health Magazine speak for itself!  Besides Arugula, it also lists Avocado, Seafood, Almonds, Strawberries, Figs & Citrus!  Check it out:,,20307213_6,00.html

Peanut Butter Bagel Half with a Banana for Breakfast!
Breakfast:  PB Bagel & a Banana
1/2 Whole Grain Bagel, Toasted, topped with All Natural, Low Sodium Peanut Butter
Served with a Banana
5 oz. Lemonade
Regular Coffee, black

Lunch:  Arugula Salad & Cheese Sandwich
Arugula Salad made with Walnuts, Vine Ripened Tomatoes, Corn
1 tbsp Sesame Ginger Dressing
Bagel Thin sandwich with Spicy Brown Mustard & 1 slice of Cheddar Cheese
5 oz. Lemonade mixed with Water
Iced Coffee, Regular, black

Note:  I always try to get white Cheddar Cheese whenever possible (trying to avoid color dyes in foods when possible) but in this case, it is what was available.

Snack: 1/4 cup dry roasted unsalted Almonds, Water

Yellow Thai Curry Veggie Blast!
Dinner:  Yellow Thai Curry Veggie Blast!
Simple preparation of cooked Veggies: Red Onion, Garlic, Sweet Potato, Peas, Cauliflower & Spinach with Chick Peas, browned in a pan with EVOO and then a jar of Trader Joe's Yellow Thai Curry sauce added and simmered for 30 minutes.  Would have been great with some fresh Cilantro chopped and thrown on top, but we didn't have any in the kitchen.
Lemonade & Water mix 50/50 

Tip:  Mixing a sweet drink like lemonade 50/50 with water is a good way to enjoy some sweetness and flavor and cut the amount of sugar and calories you are ingesting!

Dessert:  Last night of vacation:  2 scoops of ice cream in a cup:  Peanut Butter Swirl & Cookies n Cream :)  Opted to forgo the extra calories/ sugar of getting it in a cone and focused on enjoying this creamy indulgent treat as is!
