Daily Tidbit: I love how many restaurants are now listing nutritional info on their menus, so consumers can make informed decisions about what to eat when they are out. This was helpful to me today, when we grabbed a quick lunch at Target. I actually ordered two flat bread sandwiches, but didn’t feel too badly after seeing that together they were less than 400 calories and both a great source of protein to boot!
