Plain Oatmeal with Cinnamon & Walnuts

Breakfast: Plain Oatmeal with Walnuts & Cinnamon
1/2 cup uncooked Oatmeal, heated in microwave with: 

1 cup Fat Free Milk, topped with: 

2 tbsp Plain chopped Walnuts &
1/2 tsp Plain Ground Cinnamon
5 oz OJ
Regular Coffee, with a splash of Fat Free Milk & 1/2 tsp Pure Ground Cinnamon

Lunch: Baby Bella Scramble
Scrambled Eggs with: 2 Eggs, sliced Shallots, 1/2 container of sliced Baby Portobello Mushrooms and 1 slice of Reduced Fat Provolone
1/2 Avocado, diced
Decaf Coffee, with a splash of Fat Free Milk & 1/2 tsp Pure Ground Cinnamon

Snack:  4 cups Plain Popcorn (popped in brown paper bag in Microwave), Water with Lemon

1 Large Slice of Whole Wheat Pizza with Onions & Ricotta

Dinner: Pizza Night!
2 large slices (half the pizza) of Homemade Pizza made with 1 Refrigerated Whole Wheat Pizza Dough with No Salt Added Marinara, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, Part Skim Ricotta Cheese and sauteed White Onions and Garlic
Red Wine
