Blueberry Pancakes for Breakfast |
Daily Tidbit: Today was a hard day for me, attending the funeral of a good friend who was much too young. In times like these it is really easy to fall into emotional eating to bring comfort. I had a hard time eating at certain points of the day, but am generally pleased with my food decisions, all things considered, which kept my energy going through the long day.
