Eggs with Avocado


Lunch!

 
Breakfast: Oatmeal with walnuts
½ cup plain oatmeal, cooked with fat free milk, in microwave
2 tbsp of plain walnuts
Plain cinnamon
5 oz. glass of OJ
Cup of coffee, black

 
Lunch:
2 over easy eggs
1/2 avocado
1 piece Arnold's Oat Nut whole grain bread with Brummel n Brown
a couple slices of Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Water with lemon



Snack:  Tiny Hershey’s Special Dark ( one of those 1 inch candy bars) with a black coffee

 
Snack:  1/4 cup lightly salted mixed nuts


Snack:  2 deli sliced ham cold cuts roll up with slice of "lower fat" provolone
Water with a splash of lemonade on top


 
Happy Hour: 1 Beer


Dinner:  Restaurant meal for dinner
½ order of Nachos with cheese, chick peas, kidney beans, olives & sausage
½ Veggie Burger w/ ½ order of French fries
Glass of water with lemon
1 Beer


Dessert:   None.  I counted my 2nd beer is ‘dessert’ :)
