Lunch: Sesame Ginger Veggies with Slivered Almonds
Veggies (grated Carrots, Asparagus, Cauliflower, Mushrooms, Yellow Squash, and fresh Spinach) sauteed in Pan with 1 tbsp Sesame Oil, 1 tsp crushed Ginger, 1/2 tsp minced Garlic, 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flake and 1/4 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce, topped with 1/4 cup Slivered Almonds & fresh cut Cilantro

Snack: 1 Lindt Dark Chocolate Truffle & Green Tea, plain

1/2 Avocado + 3 tbsp jarred Medium Salsa + 1 tbsp water + 1/2 cup Kidney Beans
