Daily Tidbit:  I love OJ, but we ran out this morning so I subbed in some fresh cut Pineapple for a little fruity sweetness.  Turns out Pineapple has a lot to offer us health-wise from aiding digestion, to being good for the eyes, the immune system and treating Cancer....

1 cup Fat Free Milk
2 tbsp Plain Chopped Walnuts
1/4 cup fresh diced Pineapple
Regular Coffee, black

1 Whole Wheat Pita stuffed with Plain Hummus, Arugula, & 1/2 Avocado, diced
Regular Coffee, black

Tortilla Bowl


Snack: Tortilla Bowl 
Kidney Beans & Cheddar Cheese & 1 precooked/ chopped Chicken Breast Tenderloin mixed with 2 small soft Corn Tortillas (cut into bite sized pieces) and fresh Salsa (recipe below), heated in microwave
Fat Free Milk


Yes, this 'Snack' was nearly meal size.  I was hungry and knew we wouldn't be eating until late tonight!

Thin Crust Pizza but ours was topped with tons of Veggies!

Dinner: Night out with Friends!

Appetizer:  Mixed Nuts (Cashews/ Almonds) & White Wine

Meal: Tons of little slices of Thin Crust Pizza with Black Olives, Onions & Red Peppers.  Tons of slices; like half he Pizza, I don't know, I ate a lot- it was so so so good, I couldn't stop!
White Wine
Beer

Dessert: No food, just more White Wine
