Arugula Salad with Salmon, Goat Cheese, & Pine Nuts

Daily Tidbit:  I love Granola bars, they are yummy, filling and so convenient, but so many of them are high in Sugar, Fat and Sodium.   I had one today when we were out on the road.  When I got home I wanted to see how it compared health wise to other brands and I found the article below which outlines the standards of the best (most healthy) Granola Bars out there.  Mine didn't completely pass the test, but it was All Natural without any Trans fats and had 2o Whole Grains in 1 serving and 5g Protein.  I have to keep my eye out to try the other types listed here:



Newman's Own Vanilla Almond Cereal with Walnuts

Breakfast: Newman's Own Vanilla Almond Cereal with Walnuts
1 cup Newman's Own Vanilla Almond Cereal
1 cup Fat Free Milk
2 tbsp Plain Chopped Walnuts
5 oz. Orange Juice
Regular Coffee, black

2 large handful of Arugula

Goat Cheese
Red Onion slices
1 tbsp toasted Pine Nuts
1 tbsp Lemon Tarragon Dressing
1 fillet Wild Alaskan Keta Salmon, baked (skin removed)
White Wine


Dessert:  1 Local Gala Apple, Water & 1 Dziriate Algerian Cookie
