1 cup Plain Shredded Wheat Cereal
1 cup Fat Free Milk
2 tbsp plain Chopped Walnuts
5 oz Tropical Smoothie (recipe below)
Regular Coffee, 1 tsp unsweetened Cocoa & 1/2 cup Fat Free Milk

Lunch: Spicy Mango Curry with Veggies & Chicken
Large bowl (2 cups) of Spicy Mango Curry made with Onions in Canola Oil, with Garlic, Chick Peas, Carrots, Zucchini, Peas, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Yukon Gold Potato, 1 Chicken Breast, chopped and then simmered in a jarred Mango Curry sauce with Low Sodium Chicken Broth, Red Pepper Flake for extra heat and topped with Cilantro
Water with Lemon
Decaf Coffee, sprinkle Cinnamon, splash Fat Free Milk

Dinner: Christmas Eve Party!
The appetizers and dinner were set up Buffet style, so I had a lot of fun trying loads of different things. And I managed to forget to take a pic of dinner sadly, because it was super good!
Appetizers:
Multi Grain Tortilla Chips with 7 layer dip
4 Spicy Rice Balls (only 1 pictured - yum!)
Pumpernickle Bread with Spicy Marinara Crab Dip
Fried Baccala (I had more of this later)
2 Gorgonzola Toasts with Honey & Raisins (not pictured)

Dinner:
3 large Meatballs in Tomato Sauce
Shrimp Scampi over Spaghetti
Sliced Italian Bread topped with Marinara
Green Salad
