Nuts!
Daily Tidbit:    During the last week I have eaten Peanuts, Pistachios, Cashews, Almonds & Walnuts; clearly I am a nut lover!

1 cup Fat Free Milk
2 tbsp plain Chopped Walnuts
5 oz Tropical Smoothie (recipe below)
Regular Coffee, 1 tsp unsweetened Cocoa & 1/2 cup Fat Free Milk

2 bowls of Chorba: North African Tomato Based Soup with various Spices, Vegetables and Noodles
2 Burek: Spiced Potato & Onion Pastry

Into blender put:
2 cups fresh cut Pineapple
1.5 cups All Natural Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
2 Bananas
1.5 packed cups fresh Spinach
Blend and serve!
