Daily Tidbit: I love Onions - all sorts. They provide such amazing flavor to all different types of dishes. Tonight we tried a Red Onion Pizza and it was delicious! The onions really elevated the flavor excitement level and added the extra pizzazz we wanted.
I feel like Onions don't get much good press or notoriety for their nutritional benefits though. They are high in Fiber, low in Calories and provide a lot of bang for your buck. More importantly however, they contain compounds that may reduce inflammation, protect against certain types of Cancer, and lower blood pressure. Read more here:

Regular Coffee, 1/2 tsp 100% Cacao Dark Chocolate Cocoa, splash Fat Free Milk

Lunch at Reading Terminal Market in Philly:
Fried Cod Sandwich on Kaiser Roll with Tomato & Romaine
squirt of Lemon Juice on the fish
10 French Fries from a shared side order
Diet Coke
The Kaiser Roll was good but big, so I only ate half to save myself the Carbs, Calories and the inevitable energy drain that typically results when I eat a lot of bread at Lunch.
