½ cup plain Oatmeal (cooked with Fat Free Milk, in microwave)
2 tbsp of plain Walnuts
½ cup Fresh Blueberries
2-3 shakes Plain Cinnamon on top
5 oz. glass of OJ
Regular Coffee, black

I added to her recipe: 1 Can of Cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
Just before serving I topped it with fresh cut
Cilantro, fresh Lemon Juice and a handful of Scallions.
3 cups of Soup in a large bowl (I was hungry!)
Water with Lemon
Regular Coffee, black
