Turkish Adana Kebob for Dinner!

Daily Tidbit:  Baba Ghanoush is this deliciously smoky lemony garlicky eggplant dip from Turkey that is not to be missed!  I have yet to replicate the smoky flavor at home, so I enjoy it whenever I have the chance at a traditional restaurant.   The one I enjoyed tonight did not disappoint!

topped with 1 tbsp of Brummel n Brown
2 Eggs, over easy
5 oz. OJ

Lunch: Antipasto Salad
2 Turkey slices, rolled up
2 Ham slices, rolled up
1 piece of Reduced Fat Provolone Cheese, rolled up
1/4 cup of Artichoke Bean Dip (recipe from yesterday's post)
Baby Carrots
1/2 Avocado
Water with a splash of "Light" Lemonade

Meal: Adana Kebob
Ground Lamb flavored with Red Bell Peppers, slightly seasoned with Paprika, and grilled on skewers, served with lettuce, tomato, red onion salad 
(It was also served with rice, but I decided not to eat it, full well knowing I was going to have a yummy dessert!)

Dessert:  1 Scoop Cup of All Natural Pistachio Ice Cream.  Simple.  Delicious.  Perfect!

Amy's Whole Wheat Banana Bread Recipe:

3-4 Ripe Bananas
2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
2 Eggs
1/2 cup of Applesauce
1 tbsp of Honey
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Baking Soda

Mix the ingredients together and baked in greased loaf pan at 350 for 1 hour!
