PBB: Peanut Butter Banana Sandwich for Breakfast!

Daily Tidbit:  Okay guilty, I had homemade Salsa with Dinner again tonight.  It is just so good!  I love my tried and true recipe, but came accross a couple interesting ideas for Summertime Salsa variations in Parenting Magazine worth trying.  Their recipes aren't published online yet, so I went to the Food Network site to see what they had: Salsas made with Pineapple, Mango, Strawberry, Peach, Corn, Tomato, Black Bean, and even Arugula to name a few....but the list goes on from there; check it out!


Breakfast:  PBB Sandwich
2 pieces of Arnold's Oat Nut Bread (both ends!)
1 tbsp All Natural Low Sodium Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Banana sliced
5 oz. OJ
Regular Coffee, black


Scrambled Eggs with Bacon, Cheese & Broccoli for Lunch!

Lunch: Eggs & Broccoli Rabe
2 Scrambled Eggs
1 cup of Broccoli Rabe (leftover from last night!)
1 piece of Turkey Bacon, crumbled
5 small balls of Fresh Mozzarella
Cucumber Lemon Water
Regular Coffee, black 

Note:  We love Arnold's bread!  It is all natural (no high fructose corn syrup!) high fiber, and tasty!  They make all sorts of bread:


Snack:  1/4 cup dry roasted unsalted Peanuts, Fat Free Milk


Homemade Salsa

Salsa + Refried Black Beans + Kidney Beans + Avocado

Mozzarella Cheese Nachos

Dinner:  Mozzarella Nachos with Homemade Salsa & Bean Dip
Organic Yellow Corn Low Sodium Tortilla Chips (Trader Joe's)
1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Homemade Salsa + 1/2 Avocado + 1/4 cup of Refried Black Beans + 1/4 cup Kidney Beans


Dessert:   Gala Apple. Water.
