Daily Tidbit: There was a lot of eating today - 4 meals total! I have never been one to skip meals, but adding an extra meal is a rarity! It turns out that according to an article in Real Simple that not skipping meals is one of the many 'secrets' of thin people; see their other secrets here:

Breakfast: Cheerios with Walnuts & Blueberries
1 cup of Cheerios
2 tbsp Walnuts
1/2 cup of Blueberries
1 cup Fat Free Milk
5 oz. OJ
Regular Coffee, black

Lunch: Zucchini Omelet with Tomato Salad
Omelet made with 1 tbsp Canola Oil, 2 cloves of Garlic, 1/4 Vidalia Onion, 3 Eggs and salt.
Served with Tomatoes, 5 halved fresh Mozzarella balls, and drizzled with 2 tsp EVOO & fresh ground pepper. I squirted a Lemon wedge ontop of everything!

Snack: 1/4 cup of roasted, salted Almonds, Fat Free Milk
Dinner: Indian Food Sampler
I enjoyed 2 plates that looked like the above pic, comprised of various Vegetarian Indian dishes including Bhindi Masala (Okra with Onions & Tomatoes), Bhartha (Eggplant with Green Peas and Tomatoes and Ginger), Aloo Gobhi (Cauliflower with Potatoes and Tomatoes and spices), and served with Naan (bread) and Pakora (fried Vegetables) and Raita (Cucumber Yogurt). Everything was delicious!

Late Night Trip to a Diner!
Oh yes, I succumbed to a late night plate of French toast and Over Easy Eggs with Decaf Coffee. I have not done that in a long while! It was yummy.
Dessert: Shared a couple bites of friend's Brownie too!
