Daily Tidbit: Trader Joe's is a great store. They provide a good assortment of healthy foods at an affordable price (not easy to find!) You don't have to worry about ending up with foods with HFCS or MSG, Artificial Colors or Flavors or any other unpronounceable ingredients in the foods sold there. Over the course of a regular day I probably use at least 3-4 products purchased at Trader Joe's, today that happened to include: Walnuts, Almonds, Parmesan Cheese, Dark Chocolate, Organic Tortilla Chips, Salad Dressing, Pizza Dough, Marinara Sauce, Ice Cream and the Wine! If you haven't been to a store, check it out and see if you have one nearby, and even if you don't, you can check out some of their yummy looking recipes:

Spinach Salmon Salad, with Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh Raw Corn, Oranges, & Pecans in a Tuscan Italian Dressing with Balsamic Vinegar

Dessert: Small piece of Chocolate Cake & a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
RECIPES:
Fresh Salsa Recipe:
Process the following ingredients together in food processor & allow to sit a few hours before serving:
1 large clove Garlic
1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
1/4 White Onion
1/4 Red Onion
Large bunch of Cilantro
1 Jalapeno Pepper (seeds and all if you want some heat)
Juice from 1/2 Lime
1 tbsp EVOO
1/2 tsp salt
Guacamole Recipe:
2 Avocados, mushed inside a bowl with 1/2 cup of the above Fresh Salsa added to it and mixed in!
