1 cup Fat Free Milk
2 tbsp Plain chopped Walnuts
5 oz OJ
Regular Coffee, black

1 Medium White Flour Tortilla Wrap
2 tbsp Roasted Eggplant Hummus (store bought)
1/2 Avocado
Red Onion slices
Arugula
1 cup Red Grapes
Water with Lemon

Snack: 4 cups of Plain Popcorn, popped in brown paper bag in microwave for 3 minutes, Water with Lemon

Snack: 1/2 Trader Joe's 72% Cacao Dark Chocolate Bar (.825 oz), Water

Southwest Shrimp Fettuccine

Dinner: Dinner out!  Southwest Shrimp Fettuccine
Spicy & Creamy Fettuccine dish with Shrimp, Black Beans, Corn and Tomatoes 
1 long Garlic Roll that came with the dinner
Lots of French Fries (off of everyone else's dinner plate!)
Water with Lemon
