Trader Joe's Chili Pepper Sauce!

Daily Tidbit:  Tonight I tried some hot Chili Pepper Sauce (pictured above) on my Plain Pizza and it was delicious!  I have been reluctant to try it because some hot sauces are actually high in Sodium.  However, this particular bottle had none and only 5 Calories a serving, so I tried it and LOVED it!  It really added great flavor and zip without adding any fat, salt and only trace Calories.

Oatmeal with Walnuts & Cinnamon

Breakfast:  Oatmeal with Cinnamon & Walnuts
1/2 cup plain Oatmeal (uncooked),  microwaved with 1 cup Fat Free Milk
2 tbsp chopped Plain Walnuts &

2-3 shakes of Plain Cinnamon on top
Regular Coffee, splash Fat Free Milk


Garden Salad with Scrambled Eggs

Lunch:  Garden Salad
with Scrambled Eggs
2 cups of Arugula tossed with:

2 Scrambled Eggs
Raw Mushroom slices
sliced Carrots
Yellow Squash, sliced
1/2 Vine Ripened Tomato
1/2 Avocado 
5 small balls of fresh Mozzarella, halved
2 tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar   
Hot Black Tea, plain (Constant Comment)


1/4 cup lightly salted Mixed Nuts (Pistachios, Pecans, Peanuts, & Almonds),
Decaf Coffee, splash of 1% Milk

Snack:  1 Hard Boiled Egg, plain, Fat Free Milk

1 Large slice Plain Pizza (before I added the Hot Sauce!)

Dinner: Plain Pizza with Hot Chili Pepper Sauce!
2 large slices of Plain Mozzarella Pizza (half the pie), made with store bought refrigerated dough, 1 cup Organic No Salt Added Marinara, 8 oz Part Skim Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 
topped with Trader Joe's Hot Chili Pepper Sauce (2 tsp per large slice!)

Fuji Apple

Dessert: 1 Local Fuji Apple, Water
