Brunch: Blueberry Pancakes with Honey

Blueberry Pancakes with Honey

Brunch: Grandma's Homemade Blueberry Pancakes (Thanks Mom!)

3 small Blueberry Pancakes, topped with Canola-Butter spread & 1 tbsp Honey
5 oz Orange Juice 
Regular Coffee, splash of 1% Milk

Cucumber Cream Cheese Finger Sandwiches
Strawberry Cupcakes with Strawberry Icing

Afternoon Tea Baby Shower: 
Lots of little finger sandwiches:
-Salmon & Cream Cheese (2 of these)
-Cucumber & Cream Cheese
-Tomato Mozzarella
-Egg Salad (2 of these) 
2 bite sized Broccoli Cheddar Quiches
2 bite sized Meat, Potato, Pea Quiches (YUM!)
1 cup Fresh Strawberries & Blueberries
6 Chocolate Covered Almonds
1 Strawberry Cupcake with Strawberry Icing
Sparkling Water

Ham & Provolone Sandwich

Late Dinner:  Ham & Cheese Sandwich
1 thick slice of Ham
1 slice Reduced Fat Provolone Cheese
1 slice of White Bakers Bread
1% Milk
