2.5 Slices of Whole Wheat Plain Pizza (No Salt Added Marinara & Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese on refrigerator Whole Wheat Pizza Dough - the final 1/2 slice of Pizza I had isn't shown here!)
2 servings of Broccoli Gratin (twice what is shown in picture)
White Wine
This Gratin looks super rich, but was made with just 1 Egg and Flour (no milk or cream!) and was topped with a little Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese and a handful of Corn Tortilla Chips crumbs, because we were out of regular bread crumbs (no one noticed the substitution!)
