Daily Tidbit: I love Milk! But it wasn't until recently that I read that drinking Milk can actually help ease PMS! Studies have shown that women that suffer the worst PMS typically have lower levels of Calcium than woman with fewer or no PMS symptoms. I am in favor of anything that helps get us ladies through the month comfortably!

Premium grilled Skirt Steak on a bed of grilled onions, topped with a guajillo steak sauce and grilled corn. Served with sauteed vegetables and cilantro lime rice.
