Breakfast: Cheerios with Strawberries & Walnuts
1 cup Cheerios
1 cup Fat Free Milk
1 cup sliced Strawberries
2 tbsp Walnuts
5 oz Orange Juice  (well actually a little less because I finished the container)
Regular Coffee, black

mixed with 1 cup of Arugula & 10 sliced baby Carrots
1 cup Diet Coke, on ice
Regular Coffee, black

1 Veggie Samosa for a Snack!

Snack: 1 Veggie Samosa (Triangular Indian dumpling stuffed with seasoned Potatoes, Peas, Ginger, and Cilantro)

We were shopping at the Indian Food Market and could not resist one of these tasty treats that were made fresh and being sold at the counter!

Dessert: 1 had a slice of both of these desserts:  1 thin slice of Blueberry Pie & 1 piece of the OREO Cake.  Yum.  We all went for a walk after dinner which somehow convinced me that I was worthy of 2 desserts!

100 Ingredient Vegetarian Black Refried Bean Salsa Recipe:

First, into the Food Processor went:
-1 Large Red Tomato
-1/2 Large Yellow Tomato
-1/4 White Onion
-1/4 Red Onion
-1 Clove Garlic
-1 can of Green Chiles
-1 tsp Salt
-Juice of 1 Lime

Then I poured those out of the Food Processor into a bowl and added:
-1/2 Can of Vegetarian Black Refried Beans with Jalapeno Peppers
-1 tsp crushed Garlic
-1 tbsp of jarred Hot Jalapeno Sauce
-1 handful of chopped Cilantro
-a little more salt

Okay, so it's not 100 ingredients, but it just felt like it as I kept adding more and more things as I was tweaking it to improve flavor and texture as I made it, and of course there are all the ingredients in the Refried Beans too.  Final result several hours later after hanging out in the fridge - yummy dip for chips!
